The CBB may suggest The Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs appoint any of the officers of the CMSD as Judicial Investigation Officers with respect to criminal offences relating to the securities market or the offences covered by the scope of this Module. Judicial investigation undertaken by the officials of the CMSD, either jointly with the officers of the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs, or otherwise, shall submit an investigation report to the CMSD, giving details of contraventions and offences of the CBB Law, rules and regulations, along with all relevant information and evidence.
