If the EDC decides that the CMSD should give a warning notice:

(a) The EDC will settle the wording of the warning notice and will ensure that the notice complies with the relevant provisions of the CBB Law, rules and regulations;
(b) The EDC will make any associated decisions;
(c) The CMSD staff will make appropriate arrangements for the notice to be given; and
(d) The CMSD staff will make appropriate arrangements for the disclosure of the substantive communications between the EDC and the CMSD staff who made the recommendation, and on which the EDC's decision is based. This may include providing copies in electronic format.

Warning notices shall be sent by registered mail.
