Financial penalties related to late filing or other date sensitive requirements are calculated as per the following per diem basis:
(a) For category 1 investment firm licensees , the financial penalty for late filing is BD 40 per day;
(b) For category 2 investment firm licensees , the financial penalty for late filing is BD 30 per day; and
(c) For category 3 investment firm licensees , the financial penalty is BD 20 per day.
