Where the offeror or offeree does not make an announcement when obliged to do so in terms of this Module, the CBB may, without prejudice to any further action imposed by the CBB, instruct the offeror and the offeree to make an announcement in accordance with this Module and the offeror or offeree must comply with the time stipulated in the instruction.
