The Capital Markets Supervision (CMS) Directorate at the CBB undertakes the responsibility for matters relating to take-overs, mergers, acquisitions as well as share repurchases and monitors related dealings. It is available for consultation and to give rulings on all matters to which the TMA Module applies.
