Where a Capital Market Service Provider undertakes a transfer of accepted crypto-asset, it is not necessary for the information referred to in Paragraph AML-2A.2.7 to be attached directly to the accepted crypto-asset transfers itself. The information can be submitted either directly or indirectly.
