The RBA provides an assessment of the threats and vulnerabilities of the Capital Market Service Provider from being used as a conduit for ML/TF. By regularly assessing the Capital Market Service Provider’s ML/TF risks, it allows the CMSP to protect and maintain the integrity of its business and the financial system as a whole.
