For customers falling under categories a–f specified in Paragraph FC-1.11.1, the information required under Paragraph FC-1.2.1 (for natural persons) or FC-1.2.7 (for legal entities or legal arrangements such as trusts) must be obtained. However, the verification and certification requirements in Paragraphs FC-1.2.3 and FC-1.2.8, and the due diligence requirements in Paragraph FC-1.2.11, may be dispensed with.
