Controlled functions are those functions occupied by board members and persons in executive positions and include:

(a) Director;
(b) Chief Executive or General Manager;
(c) Head of function;
(d) Chief Information Security Officer;
(e) Compliance Officer; and
(f) Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
