In instances where a licensee anticipates that it will be unable to meet any date sensitive requirements prescribed by the Rulebook, it must provide a written notification to the CBB at least one week prior to the prescribed due date outlining the date sensitive requirements which it will be unable to comply with, along with a well justified reason for the non-compliance.
