A person who is aware or in possession of the inside information related to an accepted crypto-asset must not purchase or sell accepted crypto-asset or enter into a derivatives contract related to accepted crypto-asset, either for his or her own benefit or for the benefit of any other persons, except such action is undertaken in compliance with the Law, Rules and regulations.
