Subject to Rule CRA-12.3.3, a licensee and its officers, employees and representatives must maintain, and aid in maintaining, the confidentiality of all clients information that:

(a) Comes to the knowledge of the licensee, or any of its officers, employees or representatives; and
(b) Is in possession of the member, or any of its officers, employees or representatives.
