Licensees must not register charitable funds, religious, sporting, social, cooperative and professional and other societies register as clients or establish business relations with such entities. Therefore, licensees are not subject to the EDD and other requirements specified for charities, clubs and other societies stipulated in Section AML-1.6 of Module AML.
