The Disciplinary Committee shall be constituted by a resolution of the Board of the SRO. The constitution and membership of the Disciplinary Committee shall be approved by the CBB as a part of the SRO's business rules. The Disciplinary Committee shall be independent and separate from the SRO's executive management structure.
