In addition, the CBB may, for the purposes of licensing an exempted person as a member, have regard in addition to any criteria prescribed under paragraph MIR-2.5.3 whether adequate arrangements exist for cooperation between the CBB and the capital market authority, or regulator responsible for the supervision of the exempted person in the country or territory in which the head office or principal place of business of the person is situated.
