Unless the exemption is granted on a temporary basis, the CBB shall give notice in the Official Gazette of any person exempted under paragraph MIR-2.3.1, and such notice may include the conditions or restrictions imposed by the CBB on the person under paragraph MIR-2.3.6 in relation to the regulated activities that may be undertaken by the person.
