The CBB, in consultation with the relevant SRO, may at any time by notice in writing to a person exempted under paragraph MIR-2.3.1, vary any condition or restriction referred to in section MIR-2.1, or impose such further condition or restriction relating to the exemption as the CBB may think fit.
