(a) Exempt any person providing any regulated activities from the requirement under section MIR-2.1 to be a licensed member;

(b) Declare that person to be an exempted member, by order published in the Official Gazette; and

(c) Impose such conditions or restrictions relating to the exemption as the CBB may think fit, by notice in writing to that person and the SRO, as the case may be.
