In line with Part 8 of the CBB Law, and except under circumstances specified in paragraph CSD-3.2.2 and paragraph CSD-3.2.3, a licensed clearing house or central depository and its officers and employees shall maintain, and aid in maintaining, confidentiality of all user information that:

(a) Comes to the knowledge of the licensed clearing house or central depository or any of its officers or employees; or
(b) Is in the possession of the licensed clearing house or central depository or any of its employees.
