No criminal or civil liability shall be incurred by:
(a) A licensed exchange ;
(b) Any person acting on behalf of a licensed exchange ; including:
1. Any director of the licensed exchange ; or
2. Any member of any committee established in the licensed exchange ;
for anything done (including any statement made) or omitted to be done with reasonable care and in good faith in the course of or in connection with the discharge or purported discharge of its obligations under this Module, or the
