The CBB may grant approval for a licensed exchange or licensed market operator to list, delist or permit the trading of any contract or instrument, or any class of contracts or instruments referred to in Paragraph MAE-4.1.1, subject to such conditions or restrictions as the CBB may think fit to impose by notice in writing to the licensed exchange or licensed market operator.
