Any written communication, including stationery, business cards or other business documentation published by the licensee, or used by its employees (agents, representatives, financial advisers or introducers) must include a statement that the licensee is regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain, the type and category of license and the legal status. Additionally, written communication (stationery) should state the authorised and paid up capital of the licensee. All licensees should comply with this requirement by 31st December 2010 at the latest.
