Investment firm licensees are not required to notify the CBB of premises where business on behalf of the investment firm licensee is carried out by appointed representatives of the investment firm licensee. However, the CBB expects the investment firm licensee to maintain a record of all such premises and to be able to produce that record should it be requested by the CBB.
