For the purposes of this Section:
(a) A group means structures where an investment firm licensee has one or more parent undertakings , or is itself a parent undertaking ; and
(b) The ultimate parent undertaking means the highest parent undertaking of the investment firm licensee that undertakes regulated financial services or, in the case of holding companies, whose holdings are mainly in companies undertaking regulated financial services.
