Banks must notify the Central Bank in writing of any proposed changes to senior positions or ownership changes mentioned in Sections HC-2.1 and HC-3.2 (whether in terms of structure or identity of personnel) prior to the change. The communication should include the reason for the departure of the personnel and the Curriculum Vitae of any new persons taking up the relevant positions in the bank (see also HC-2.1.17).
