The Shari'a Governance structure must consist, at a minimum, of the following:

(a) Shari'a Supervisory Board (SSB);
(b) Shari'a Coordination and Implementation Function;
(c) Internal Shari'a Audit Function; and
(d) Independent External Shari'a Compliance Audit (IESCA)
