In accordance with the Prime Ministerial Resolution No. (3) of 1993 with respect to the Deposit Protection Scheme, 'deposit' shall mean a current, call, saving and/or fixed deposit in Bahrain Dinars and other currencies, as well as non-bearer Certificates of Deposit denominated in Bahrain Dinars and other currencies issued by the relevant bank.
