Regulatory Capital is the sum of the following three components (as defined in Rules CA-2.1.5 to CA-2.1.13), subject to the restrictions set out in Section CA-2.2:
(a) Tier 1: Core capital;
(b) Tier 2: Supplementary capital; and
(c) Tier 3: Ancillary capital.
