An insurance licensee must take reasonable steps to ensure that all information it gives the CBB in accordance with any parts of the Insurance Rulebook and CBB Law is:

(a) Factually accurate or, in the case of estimates and judgements, fairly and properly based after appropriate enquiries have been made by the insurance licensee; and
(b) Complete, in that it should include anything of which the CBB would reasonably expect notice.
