An insurance licensee must take reasonable steps to ensure that all information it gives the BMA in accordance with any parts of the Insurance Rulebook and Insurance Legislation is:

(a) factually accurate or, in the case of estimates and judgements, fairly and properly based after appropriate enquiries have been made by the insurance licensee; and
(b) complete, in that it should include anything of which the BMA would reasonably expect notice.
