Operators of Bahrain domiciled PIUs or the placement agents of overseas domiciled PIUs must submit the PIU notification form (Part B of the CBB Rulebook – Volume 7) for notifying the CBB of its launch. Bahrain domiciled PIUs are subject to an application fee of BD100 and an annual fee of BD 2,000 payable each year before 31 March.
