Operators of Bahrain domiciled PIUs or the placement agents of overseas domiciled PIUs must submit the PIU notification form (Part B of the CBB Rulebook – Volume 7) for notifying the CBB of its launch. PIUs are subject to a notification fee of BD100 and an annual fee of BD 2,000 payable each year before 31 March.
