In the case of license applications, the Form 3 must be marked for the attention of the Director, Licensing and Policy Directorate. When made by an Islamic bank licensee, the Form 3 must be marked for the attention of either the Director, Retail Banks Supervision or the Director, Wholesale Banks Supervision, as appropriate.
