Banks must publish extracts from their annual audited financial statements in one Arabic and one English daily newspaper within 60 days of the end of the financial year. The newspaper disclosures may be edited so that notes are not included, but must include at a minimum the balance sheet, the statements of income, the cash flow and changes in equity. The newspaper disclosures must be placed on the bank's website within seven days of publication.
