Licensees should note that applications for the transfer of business must be published by the central bank in the Official Gazette and in two daily newspapers. Such applications for transfer of business are subject to a three month objection period from the date of publication (cf. Article 66(c) of the CBB Law). The procedures for the transfer of business are contained in Module OM-2 for outsourcing. These procedures may also be followed for other types of transfer of business where applicable.
