The CBB may allow the limits in paragraphs CM-5.10.6 and CM-5.10.7 above to be exceeded, provided that the concerned bank has addressed the points outlined in paragraph CM-5.10.10 to the satisfaction of the CBB. Any excesses above the limits in paragraphs CM-5.10.6 and CM-5.10.7 must be deducted as per the deduction requirements of Module PCD-2.
