Licensees must make clear to potential borrowers, prior to entering into a consumer finance agreement, all relevant key terms of the agreement. Licensees must also follow the provisions of the "Code of Best Practice on Consumer Credit and Charging" as agreed between the Bankers' Society of Bahrain and the CBB.
