Consolidation of Proceedings
DRA-3.1.25
Where in relation to 2 or more arbitration proceedings it appears to the Chairman of the Arbitration Committee:
(a) That a common question of law or fact arises in both or all of them;(b) That the claims arise out of the same transaction or series of transactions; or(c) That it is desirable to make an order under this section for any other reason, the Chairman may order those arbitration proceedings;(i) To be consolidated on such terms as he thinks just; or(ii) To be heard immediately after one another; or(d) Order any of those arbitration proceedings to be stayed until after the determination of any other of them.July 2010
