(a) During the course of an arbitration, a party may amend or supplement that party's claim, defence or counterclaim except where the Arbitration Committee considers it inappropriate to allow this, having regard to:(i) Any delay involved;(ii) The likelihood of prejudice to the other party; or(iii) Any other relevant circumstances.(b) The Arbitration Committee may require or accept amendment to or supplement of a party's claim, defence or counterclaim, and shall fix the period for the sending of such amendment or supplement.July 2010
