The code of conduct must establish standards by giving examples or expectations as regards:

(a) Honesty;
(b) Integrity;
(c) The avoidance or disclosure of conflicts of interest;
(d) Maintaining confidentiality;
(e) Professionalism;
(f) Commitment to the law and best practices; and
(g) Reliability.
