If a financial penalty is imposed on an insurance licensee under the provisions of Chapter EN-5, and it is subject to the requirements of Module PD (Public Disclosures), then it must disclose in the manner prescribed by Module PD the amount of any financial penalties imposed by the CBB, together with a factual description of the reason(s) given by the CBB for the penalty.
