Persons licensed as banks by the CBB may also undertake the specific activities covered by the definition of regulated administration services, since these specific activities also form part of the definition of regulated banking services (or regulated Islamic banking services in the case of Islamic banks). In such cases, banks are not required to hold a separate administrators license.
