A licensee must seek prior approval from the CBB for the following:

(a)Outsourcing of their internal audit function (ref. HC-2.3.3 and RM-2.4)
(b)Material intra-group outsourcing (ref. RM-2.3); or
(c)Outsourcing other material functions (RM-2.1).
