All proposals for assuming the administration of a licensee are subject to a thorough review by the BMA of all relevant facts, assessed against the criteria outlined in Paragraph EN-6.1.5 above. After being assessed at the Executive Director level, proposals are submitted to H.E. the Governor for his approval.
