This Module sets out the BMA's approach to enforcement, and the measures used by the BMA to address failures by authorised persons to comply with its regulatory requirements (whether they be insurance licensees, approved persons or registered persons). The purpose of such measures is to encourage a high standard of compliance by all those authorised by the BMA, thus reducing risk to policyholders and the financial system.
