In addition to the requirements specified in this Module, Bahraini insurance firms are also required to comply with the requirements regarding the publication and contents of annual reports, as specified in the Insurance Law 1987 (as amended), the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law 2001 (as amended) and the Bahrain Stock Exchange regulations (where applicable).
