(a) removal or resignation of auditors (ref. AA-1.2.1);
(b) change in audit partner (ref. AA-1.3.2);
(c) removal or resignation of the Reporting Actuary (ref. AA-4.2.5).
(d) appointment of appointed representatives , variations in terms of appointment and cancellations of appointment (ref. GR-9.1.13); and
