Insurance licensees are required to provide the BMA with a wide range of information to enable it to meet its responsibilities for monitoring the insurance licensee's compliance with requirements imposed by or under the Insurance Legislation. Some of this information is provided through regular reports, whereas others are in response to the occurrence of a particular event such as a change in name or address. The following sets out several of the commonly occurring reports for which an insurance licensee will be required to notify the BMA or seek its approval.
