The hard copy of the IMR must be signed by at least two of the Bahraini insurance licensee's Directors on behalf of the Board of Directors. One of those two Directors signing the IMR must be the Chairman of the insurance licensee and the other must be formally authorised by the Board of Directors to sign on its behalf.
