If the BMA notifies the insurance firm that a document deposited under Paragraph BR-1.1.26 appears to be inaccurate or incomplete, the insurance firm must consider the matter and within one month of the BMA notification, it must correct any inaccuracies and make good any omissions and submit the amended parts of the Insurance Firm Return.
